How booking works
Sending the form does not confirm a slot. It reaches us as a message, and one of us replies to confirm the time you asked for, or to offer the nearest one we have if it has already gone. Nothing is held until you have that reply.
Calling or messaging on WhatsApp reaches the same person and is usually quicker during opening hours. Requests sent after we close are picked up on the next day we are open, and we are closed on Tuesdays.
Tell us what you want done when you book rather than on the day. It decides how long your slot needs to be, and a slot booked for the wrong service is the main reason an appointment has to be cut short or moved.

Two things people routinely forget to add. Coming in wearing an old set means a removal first, which is a service of its own on this list. Nail art is charged and timed per finger, so a design on several nails adds up rather than sitting inside the time for the colour underneath.
What to bring
Reference pictures, if you have any. A screenshot of the shape, colour or design you are after settles in seconds what a description leaves open, and it lets your technician tell you before starting whether it will fit your nail length rather than halfway through.
Say if you are already wearing extensions or gel polish. Anything on the nail has to come off before something new goes on, and that is time your slot has to be long enough to hold. Mentioned when you book, it is part of the appointment. Mentioned on the day, it may not fit.
If you are booking for a dated event, say the date when you book. It changes what we recommend, and for anything elaborate it changes how far ahead you need to come in.
If you need to change your appointment
Things come up. If you need to move or cancel, just message us on WhatsApp and we will find you another slot. The more notice you can give, the easier it is for us to offer the time to someone else.
Running late? Message us and we will let you know whether we can still fit the full service in. If the chair is booked behind you we may need to shorten it or move you later in the day, so it helps to hear from you rather than arrive and find out.
Finding us
The Nail Lounge is on the second floor of P S TOWERS, on Muppas Road in Narsingi, near Rajapushpa Provincia.
Coming from Rajapushpa Provincia, stay on Muppas Road and look up: the lounge is the second floor, and after dark the circular sign in the window is the easiest way to pick the building out from the street. There is no ground floor frontage, so the sign is what you are looking for rather than a shop window.
