Google Ads conversion tracking

We advertise on Google. To know whether those ads work, this site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. It records that someone arrived from one of our ads and, if they tap a WhatsApp button to message us, that they did. We see totals, such as how many people messaged us after seeing an ad. We do not see who you are.

Cookies Google sets

To do this, Google sets cookies in your browser. A cookie is a small file that lets Google recognise the same browser again later. Google can use these cookies to measure our ads and, depending on your Google settings, to show you ads elsewhere. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you book through the form on our booking page, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email if you give one, and the service, date, time and notes you choose. We use it only to arrange your appointment. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is between you and us, on WhatsApp.
